76 21. Chehel Sotoun (also Chehel Sotoon or Chihil Sutun, literally: "Forty Columns") is a pavilion in the middle of a garden at the far end of a long pool, in Isfahan, Iran (Persia). It is built in 1647 AD during the Shah Abbas II reign to be used for his entertainment and receptions.
